Antinous was the most beautiful man in the ancient world — and the Roman Empire knew it. Emperor Hadrian was so smitten that after Antinous's death, he had him deified, plastered his face across statues from Britain to Egypt, and basically invented the world's first fan campaign for a single gorgeous guy.

We think that energy deserves a comeback.

Antinous Lives takes the original thirst-trap of antiquity and runs him through every visual language we love — pop art, propaganda posters, comic-book halftones, even a t-shirt joke or two. Because if the Romans could turn a pretty face into an empire-wide obsession, we can absolutely put him on a mug.

History was never this much fun the first time around. We're just finishing the job.
